What To Expect at Your Synergy Appointment

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time

  • Check-in at the front desk, pay for your session, and fill out the required documents if it is your first time at Synergy

  • The required documents include a Synergy intake form, Synergy waiver, and disclosure form (these documents only need to be filled out once for new customers and will be kept on file)

  • When entering and exiting the sitting room, please be courteous of those relaxing and sleeping in the room

  • Regardless of where you sit in the Energy Enhancement System room, the effects will be the same

  • For optimal results, we encourage you to close your eyes and try to sleep during your time in the Energy Enhancement System sitting room

  • Please be aware that if people are sleeping, snoring can occur

  • Drinking water before and during your session is recommended, as a courtesy, Synergy provides bottled water for our customers

  • The effects of the Energy Enhancement System are unique and every individual experience is different

  • We suggest that you bring ear plugs, an eye mask, a pillow, and a blanket (we have all of these items available for purchase at the front desk as well)

  • In the sitting room, we do not allow any laptop use or speaking on cell phones

  • Texting is allowed IF NECESSARY as long as your phone is on silent and not disturbing others

    • You may listen to your music as long as earbuds are being used and others cannot hear it

  • Please promptly return to the front desk when your time is up

  • After your session, we highly recommend a salt bath to help continue pulling toxins from your system, at the front desk we have premixed soaks available for purchase, as well as recipes to make your own

  • Please do not touch any screens or equipment in the sitting room. Doing so will forfeit your remaining time, and you will be required to leave.
